This is a custom massage service and can either be a Swedish relaxation, prenatal or Therapeutic deep tissue massage based on client needs.
Swedish massage aids in increasing circulation and promotes relaxation. It's best suited for the client seeking a massage that utilizes a light to moderate pressure.
Therapeutic deep tissue massages utilize many of the same techniques performed in a Swedish Massage, but with a deeper pressure.
Stretching and other techniques may also be incorporated into your session.
