Swedish Relaxation Massage

Swedish massage aids in increasing circulation and promotes relaxation.  It's best suited for the client looking to relax with a massage that uses light to moderate pressure.  Swedish sessions are performed in 30, 60, and 90 minute sessions.

  • 30 minute swedish- $45
  • 60 minute swedish- $70
  • 90 minute swedish- $100
  • Hot stones: add $20 to service price.

Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage

Therapeutic massage uses many of the same techniques as Swedish massage, but utilizes a deeper pressure to release tension in the muscles.  Stretching, and other techniques may also be incorporated into your session. Deep tissue sessions are performed in 60 and 90 minute sessions.
  • 60 minute deep tissue- $80
  • 90 minute deep tissue- $110
  • Hot stones: add $20 to service price.

Prenatal Services


Pregnancy is a very rewarding time in a woman's life, and a great time to be pampered.  Zen on the Run offers a variety of services for the mom-to-be.

  • 60 minute pre-natal massage- $80
  • 90 minute pre-natal massage- $110
  • 90 minute postpartum massage- $110

Body scrubs, masks, and aromatherapy

Body scrubs and masks are a great alternative for the client that is looking to relax, but does not like traditional bodywork.  Body scrubs and masks include dry brushing, application of product, light massage, and steamed towels to remove the product.  


Aromatherapy is a great addition to a massage, utlilixing a variety of aromatic blend to enhance the massage session and promote relaxation.

Facial rejuvenation massage

Zen's facial rejuvenation massage is a great add on to a massage session! The facial rejuvenation massage uses Beauticontrol cleansers, exfoliation, and masks.  In addition to a relaxing face massage, warm steamed towels are also a part of this treatment.

Hand and Foot Treatments

Treat your self to a relaxing foot soak, exfoliation, foot mask with steamed towels, and a rejuvenating foot massage on reflexology points with top of the line BeautiControl products.  A perfect add-on to a massage; or rejuvenate tired, and over-worked hands with an exfoliating hand scrub and hand massage. Your hands will feel brand new!
