This is a custom massage service and can either be a Swedish relaxation, prenatal or Therapeutic deep tissue massage. 


Swedish massage aids in increasing circulation and promotes relaxation. It's best suited for the client seeking a massage that utilizes a light to moderate pressure.


Therapeutic deep tissue massages utilize many of the same techniques performed in a Swedish Massage, but with a deeper pressure.


Stretching and other techniques may also be incorporated into your session.

Zen on the Run's signature facial rejuvenation massage is

the perfect addition to any Zen massage service! 


This rejuvenating facial massage includes: Cleansing and exfoliation under steam,, a face mask, steamed towels, a rejuvenating neck and face massage with a serum, and a face moisturizer.


*This treatment is designed to relax you and leave your face feeling soft and rejuvenated. It is not meant to diagnose or treat any skin conditions, or take place of services performed by a

Dermatologist or Esthetician. No extractions are performed during this service. It is a product enhanced face massage.

This 60 minute full body scrub exfoliates skin leaving it feeling soft and supple. Moist heat is applied through steamed towels and the skin is hydrated with a moisturizer leaving you feeling invigorated and relaxed. This treatment is perfect for any

The back scrub is the perfect finishing touch for any massage service! The back is exfoliated with a salt scrub, and then the product is removed with steamed towels, and the back is re-hydrated with a body butter.
